ELIGIBILITY:

1.1 This TasteMaker programme is open to individuals residing in the UK and aged 18 and over.

1.2 Each household can only apply for the TasteMaker giveaway program once.

1.3 FinaMill Battery Operated Products (below as “Product”) will be given away on a variety of platforms on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.

1.4 This giveaway shall be closed at 23:59 on 30th September 2024.

1.5 The below criteria need to be met to be qualified for the FinaMill TasteMakers programme.
1.5.1 Applicants Instagram profile or Facebook Profile must be set to public
1.5.2 Applicant must have over 150 unique followers on their Instagram account or Facebook profile
1.5.3 Applicant’s Instagram feed must display that they enjoy food or cooking

1.6 Employees of FinaMill, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the brand are not permitted to apply for the program.
 


2. PROCESS

2.1 If qualified, the applicant will be contacted via email within 3 working days, with promotional code to purchase the product for free at FinaMill.co.uk, the applicant needs to cover the postage cost £4.99.

2.2 Applicant must place an order within 14 days or an alternative applicant may be chosen. Your postal details and telephone contact number will be required if you are selected to participate in the TasteMakers programme. They will be used for delivery of any products.

2.3 Products will be delivered to the provided address within 15 working days.

2.3 Products are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The colour of products will be randomly chosen. Any request to change any products will not be entertained.

2.4 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, FinaMill reserves the right to substitute the product for an alternative of equal or equivalent value.


3. DATA COLLECTION

3.1 All personal information collected in this campaign is handled in compliance with our privacy policy.

3.2 Whilst submitting your details, you opt-in to sign up to our TasteMakers programme, which you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

3.3 FinaMill reserves the right to use the non-personal information collected from all participants, including but not limited to comments and suggestions, for marketing purposes. They may be used for market research analysis and displayed across FinaMill's digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce and website(s).


4. EXTRA TERMS

4.1 FinaMill cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the application or as a result of accepting or participating in any programme.

4.2 These terms and conditions apply to FinaMill’s TasteMakers programme. By taking part in this programme, you agree to be bound by them. It is a condition of participation in this programme that all terms and conditions are accepted as final.

4.3 In all aspects of this competition and in the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, FinaMill's decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4.4 FinaMill will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the programme and no other purposes.

4.5 FinaMill reserves the right to cancel this giveaway programme or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside FinaMill's reasonable control.

4.8 This programme is governed by English Law. FinaMill and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
