Easy Vegetable Soup with Dried Herbs

Winter is here, and that means it's time to cozy up with a warm bowl of soup. 

This is a classic and easy to cook vegetable soup filled with simple goodness and earthy flavours from the dried herbs. Don't limit yourself with the ingredient list, use any vegetable you can get your hands on.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, carrots, leeks, cabbage, celery,
    mushroom and cherry tomatoes.

Herbs & Spices – FinaMill it !

  • Salt and pepper to flavour
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried garlic

Method

1. Chop all ingredients to 1-2cm long pieces. 

2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add all ingredients except cabbage and cherry tomatoes, cook on medium to low heat for 10 minutes. 

3. Add water or vegetable stock, FinaMill dried garlic and thyme over the soup. Bring to boil and on lower heat for another 15 minutes.

4. Add cabbages and cherry tomatoes, cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
