Seasoned Greek Yogurt Dip


Greek yogurt is thicker yogurt with less sugar, fat and more protein, great for bone health and enhance immunity, with good spices, can make a perfect dip for fresh-cut veggie and pita bread. This is great for breakfast but you could devour it for a light dinner or lunch too.


1.Mix Greek yogurt, salt, FinaMill peppercorn, cumin seeds, and sesame seeds (the grey PRO Plus pod is perfect for these), and some freshly cut coriander or mint in a small serving bowl.

2.Allow the dip to rest for 10-15 minutes for flavours to infuse.

3.Add a bit chilli flakes and olive oil for extra flavour.
