Chinese Five Spice
Try this authentic peppery sweet Chinese spice blend in your stir-fries, noodles, stews, and even chips.
Spice Blend
2 tablespoons minced dried garlic
2 teaspoons Sichuan peppercorns
5 to 6 crushed star anise
½ teaspoon dried minced cloves
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground fennel seeds
